Colcrys Patient Assistance Program provides those who can’t afford their Colcrys medication with reduced Colcrys costs. For those who qualify for the Colcrys Patient Assistance Program they may even receive Colcrys at little or no cost. The program goes by household income along with household dependents.
To be eligible to apply for the Colcrys Patient Assistance Program you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a legal US resident
- Must not have Prescription Insurance Coverage either private or government (Medicare Part D patients may still qualify)
- Be able to provide proof of household income
